"See Me Now" has to be one of the most vulnerable and emotional tracks in the catalogue of this amazing band. Lead singer Luke Pritchard really outdid himself with this one. It's personal, honest, raw, and beautifully captivating from start to finish. It's a song that feels cathartic not only for Luke, but also for us as listeners. It reminds us that loss and grief sometimes leave us with questions that remain unanswered, yet we hold on to the hope that one day we'll have the opportunity to revisit those conversations and finally find some of the answers we've been searching for. It's a soundscape that I'm sure more than a few listeners will connect with, finding that the emotions Luke conveys through his voice are, in many ways, their own. | Fun fact: This is my favourite track by The Kooks and one of my favourite songs of all time.
